Job summary

Qualifications

• 3 years related electronics failure analysis experience.
• Electronics troubleshooting knowledge and ability to analyze information.
• Good problem-solving, sense of urgency and responsibility.
• Able to plan, organize work, priorities and work independently in a team.
• Knowledge in manufacturing system equipment maintenance, basic troubleshooting, or process improvement is advantageous.
• Proficient with Excel, Word & PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support avionics engineering matters related to product specifications and changes.
• Maintain equipment/checkers and analyze customer/internal quality defects.
• Liaise with OKI and customers on product analysis to meet requirements.
• Perform root cause analysis on product returns and in-process failures.
• Conduct inspections and analytical tests per engineering specs.
• Prepare customer claims/reports and monthly failure analyses.
• Prepare repair procedures and monthly failure analysis reports.
• Liaise with OKI for higher-level product analysis support.

Job description

Job Responsibilities:

• To support Avionics engineering matters related to product technical specification, implementing specification changes, maintenance of equipment/checkers and support analysis of customers/internal quality defects.

• Liaise with OKI and customer on product analysis matters to ensure the product quality and response time meets customer requirements.

• Perform root causes analysis on product return from Customers and in-process failures.

• Conduct inspection and analytical test based on engineering specification.

• Prepare Customer Claim/In-process Analysis Report according to investigation

• Prepare repair procedures/instructions for production and monthly report on failure analysis

• Liaising with OKI for support on higher level of product analysis

• Ensure analysis equipment and tools are properly maintained and in working conditions

Job Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering with 3 years related electronics failure analysis experience.

• Electronics Troubleshooting Knowledge and strong ability to analyze information

• Good problem-solving, good sense of urgency and strong feel of responsibility

• Able to plan, organize work, priorities and work independently in a team.

• Knowledge in manufacturing system equipment maintenance, basic troubleshooting, or process improvement is advantageous.
