Responsibilities:
As first point of contact for day-to-day communication with Facultative accounts, follow up on correspondences and manage/maintain communications.
Develop and communicate an understanding of client businesses, research on industry issues.
Create a narrative to secure optimal solution for the clients by working closely with the Actuarial and Analytics Department.
Gather insights and information on relationship satisfaction and report results to senior management offering context and suggestions when needed to best ensure account satisfaction and retention.
Acquire a fluency in the Company's various service offerings and market trends to enrich work performed and develop sales capabilities.
Develop new business by actively sourcing additional business from existing clients as well as through new clients to accelerate revenue growth.
Requirements:
Degree in any discipline. Preferably with Certificate in General Insurance (CGI) or equivalent or complete CGI within reasonable period upon employment.
At least 2 years of experience in facultative reinsurance.
Possess a strong network with the reinsurers responsible for the Southeast Asia Region.
Meticulous and keen attention to details.
Highly motivated and a team player with good interpersonal skills while concurrently being able to work proactively and work independently where required.
