Job summary

Une entreprise mondiale de premier plan recherche un opérateur d'entrepôt à Singapour. Ce poste implique de gérer des processus de l'entrepôt de l'entrée à la sortie des marchandises, de maintenir des normes élevées pour les contrôles d'inventaire et d'opérer des équipements lourds comme un chariot élévateur. Qualifications

• Certificat valide d'opérateur de chariot élévateur de Singapour (WSQ).
• Expérience en gestion d'entrepôt souhaitée.
• Sensibilisation aux protocoles de sécurité au travail.

Responsibilities

Job description

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform and coordinate warehouse processes, from inbounds to outbounds, on a timely basis
• Ensure work areas are clean, neat and organised to be able to facilitate order fulfilment and restocking activities.
• Follow standard operating procedures to ensure efficient good flow and accurate inventory count.
• Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits and stock take activities.
• Responsible for accurate and efficient receipt, storage, retrieval, packing, delivery, and maintenance of goods and consumables.
• Ensure materials are properly tagged, stored in the correct locations, and arranged neatly for space optimisation and accessibility.
• Conduct regular stock checks with a target of zero discrepancies.
• Ensure on-time lodgment and delivery of shipments according to customer service agreements.
• Manage customers' returns, issue/delivery in accordance with RMA procedures.
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry into the warehouse system within the required cut-off time.
• Operate forklift and reach truck safely as part of daily operations (Forklift license is mandatory).
• Report to the Warehouse Supervisor and perform duties as assigned.
• Ensure proper security, control and handling of warehouse inventory and assets.
• Maintain good housekeeping, clean the warehouse flooring free from dust and perform 5S and Kaizen to improve warehouse operation

Job Requirement:

• Possess a valid Singapore WSQ Forklift Operator Certificate (mandatory).
• Minimum secondary education.
• Strong understanding of workplace and equipment safety protocols.
• Job training will be provided.
• Entry level is welcome.
