Job summary

Dynamic Human Capital Pte Ltd seeks a Factory Manager to oversee factory operations, covering production, warehouse, inventory control, and logistics coordination. You will ensure efficient manufacturing, meet delivery targets, and drive safety and food safety compliance while pushing continuous improvement initiatives.

The role requires 5–8 years in manufacturing, with strong leadership and a focus on operational excellence, cost management, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Engineering, Food Science, Manufacturing or related discipline.
• 5–8 years in manufacturing/production operations, preferably in the food manufacturing industry.
• Experience managing factory operations, warehouse and inventory control, and logistics coordination.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP and regulatory requirements.
• Proven leadership and people management abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office and production reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily factory operations for smooth production, productivity, and quality.
• Plan and monitor production schedules aligned with sales forecasts and customer delivery requirements.
• Optimise production processes, manpower utilisation, and equipment performance to meet targets.
• Collaborate with R&D on trials, process validation, and scale-up.
• Oversee warehouse operations, including storage, handling, picking, and dispatch of materials and finished goods.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counts, stock reconciliation, and tracking systems.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics providers, and transporters for timely deliveries.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, workplace safety requirements, and internal procedures.
• Lead and supervise production workers, warehouse personnel, and forklift operators.
• Identify and implement initiatives to improve production efficiency and cost control.
