Job summary

Presto Drycleaners Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an Operations Manager to own factory floor operations, production flow, manpower, discipline, and cleanliness. You will lead daily production, collaborate with management and floor staff, and implement fixes to keep quality and turnaround on track.

You will plan and run the floor hands-on, analyze data and CCTV to spot issues, and ensure adherence to standards while guiding a multilingual team toward consistent high performance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a production line, factory floor, or operations team.
• Ability to plan manpower and reprioritize under pressure.
• Strong focus on cleanliness, order, and discipline on the floor.
• Proven track record of meeting production targets with consistency.

Responsibilities

• Plan daily manpower around actual volume and reduce firefighting.
• Oversee sorting, packing, and on-time readiness of garments.
• Maintain 5S routines and ensure workplace cleanliness and safety.
• Resolve staff conflicts fairly and communicate between management and floor.
