Job summary

A manufacturing company in Singapore is seeking a candidate to assist in planning and coordinating factory operations. The successful applicant will monitor production output, track materials, and ensure compliance with safety standards. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of experience in a similar environment and strong organizational skills. Bilingual in English and Mandarin/Malay is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and coordinating daily factory operations and production schedules.
• Monitor and ensure proper use of resources, manpower, and equipment.
• Track and report production output, material usage, and downtime.
• Support inventory control, including stock-take and materials tracking.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety and hygiene standards.
