    Job Description (JD) for a Factory Manager:Job Title: Factory ManagerReports to: Operations DirectorLocation: VirarJob Summary:We are seeking an experienced Factory Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our construction materials manufacturing factory. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing production, quality, safety, and logistics to ensure efficient and profitable factory operations.Key Responsibilities:1. Production Management:- Plan, organize, and direct factory production to meet customer demand and quality standards- Ensure efficient use of resources, including labor, materials, and equipment- Implement lean manufacturing principles to optimize production processes2. Quality Management:- Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure products meet customer and regulatory requirements- Conduct regular quality audits and inspections- Implement corrective actions to address quality issues3.
