Job summary

Crescita Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Carpentry Production Supervisor to plan, coordinate, and oversee daily operations for furniture projects. You will supervise carpenters, technicians, and foremen, interpreting drawings and ensuring on-site installation meets specifications and deadlines.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in carpentry, strong safety adherence, and the ability to collaborate with clients, designers, and suppliers to deliver quality work.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 5 years’ experience in carpentry supervision or management.
• Able to read blueprints and drawings and work to specifications.
• Strong teamwork, time management, and willingness to liaise with clients and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily carpentry production operations to ensure timely and quality delivery of furniture and related products.
• Supervise carpenters, technicians, and foremen, assigning tasks and monitoring work progress.
• Interpret and review technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications, ensuring works are carried out accurately.
• Manage the full carpentry workflow, from material cutting, assembly, finishing, to on-site installation.
• Ensure proper use of materials, tools, and machinery, minimizing wastage and maintaining cost efficiency.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, designers, architects, and other construction professionals to meet project requirements.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure all finished works meet design, safety, and workmanship standards.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and company procedures.
• Monitor project schedules and manpower deployment to meet deadlines.
• Report work progress, issues, and improvements to management.

• Starting from cutting and paste to build and install finished carpentry work at the project site.
