Job description

You are a proactive and result-driven Factory & Project Manager with 5 to 10 years of experience, aged between 27 to 40 years. You will be joining Raltech Precision Engineering Pvt. Ltd. in Goregaon, Mumbai. Your primary role is to support the Managing Director in overseeing factory operations and managing projects. Your responsibilities include supervising daily manufacturing operations, planning material procurement, and labor allocation, and ensuring optimal factory functioning. You will also be responsible for maintaining inventory records, ensuring workplace safety, and compliance with company policies.In terms of project management, you will assist in planning, execution, and monitoring of engineering and construction-related projects. This involves coordinating with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. Your role also includes tracking project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, reporting progress to the MD, managing site operations, workforce, and resources effectively, conducting quality control checks, and ensuring adherence to safety and compliance standards.On the administrative side, you will maintain accurate documentation of factory output, project expenses, and labor deployment. You will prepare Excel-based reports and presentations for management, handle communication with suppliers, vendors, and service providers, and provide logistical support for project execution, procurement, and site activities. This is a full-time, permanent position where you will be required to work in person.The salary for this position is open and will be based on your qualifications and experience.
