A leading consultancy in Singapore seeks Facility and ACMV Technicians for maintenance roles in the CBD. Candidates will engage in preventive maintenance tasks and respond to customer issues, ensuring technical support and safety compliance. Qualifications

• Qualifications required include ITE/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical fields.
• Experience in chillers and ACMV equipment preferred.
• Capability to provide technical assistance and service reports.

Job description

1. Facility Technician /3 Rotation Shift / Up to $3,500 @CBD

• Shift hour: Morning: 7am - 4pm; Afternoon: 2pm - 11pm; Night: 10.30pm - 7.30am (Night- $14/night)

• Attending to customers' enquiries, needs and complaints

• Perform preventive, breakdown support & maintenance for M&E services, plumbing & sanitary services, Aircon servicing and maintenance, ACMV systems, chillers, and electrical control

• ITE/Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical or related field

2. ACMV Technician / 5.5 days / Up to $3,500 @CBD

• Mon - Fri: 8.30am to 5.30pm, Sat: 8.30am to 12.30pm

• Perform all preventive and breakdown maintenance for all Aircon equipment.

• Ensure safe keeping of hand tools and maintain good housekeeping.

• Ensure all works are carried out safely and/or in accordance with safety procedures.

• Provide technical advice and assistance on all maintenance functions.

• Prepare service reports after every completed job for customer’s endorsement.

• Communicate with clients with regards to problems in equipment and post-job reports.

• ITE in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic or related field

• Experience in chillers, ACMV equipment, switchboard, and generator
