They are seeking a Senior Facility Executive to join their Facilities & Security Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day facility operations, driving service excellence, and supporting facility upgrades within logistics offices and warehouses. The Job

• Manage preventive maintenance for ACMV, M&E systems, BMS, security access, cleaning, pest control, and landscaping
• Evaluate and manage service vendors and contractors to ensure smooth maintenance and repair operations
• Coordinate A&A, refurbishment, reinstatement, and renovation works, ensuring compliance and timely delivery
• Oversee performance of service providers, ensuring KPIs and SLAs are consistently met
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Operations, IT, QHSE) to improve facility performance and standards
• Ensure all authority licenses and term contracts are renewed on time and comply with regulations

The Talent

• Degree in Facilities Management, Building Services, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on facilities management experience in commercial or industrial environments (logistics preferred)
• Strong technical knowledge of M&E systems and understanding of local building codes and safety standards
• Excellent project coordination and multitasking abilities in fast-paced settings
• Resourceful, organized, and results-driven with strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills across all levels
