Role Description:Reporting to the General Manager, the Facility & Security Manager will be overall responsible for managing the building facilities and security matters in the Company.
- Ensure that the premises (both Façade & Internal Facilities) are maintained to the required standard in accordance with local standards / requirements
- Responsible for all the health and safety compliance onsite, including that of third-party service providers
- Lead the facility & security team to ensure efficient and effective maintenance / oversee performance standards
- Review / renew service contracts and make logical recommendations to Management
- Responsible for handling day-to-day facilities & security matters
- Ensure timely renewal of all licenses & permits for the smooth operations of the buildings
- Overall person-in-charge for the group for reinstatement works, facilities related set-ups, ad-hoc upgrading / improvement projects
- Plan, implement and execute preventive maintenance regimes
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with internal stakeholders and tenants
- Identify improvements and replacement works required for the smooth operations of the building & its occupants
- Any other duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time
Requirements:
- Diploma/ Degree Holder in Facilities Management or related discipline
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in managing multiple large buildings
- Good staff management
- Positive personality and good team player
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Meticulous and responsible
