Job description

Role Description:

Reporting to the General Manager, the Facility & Security Manager will be overall responsible for managing the building facilities and security matters in the Company.

  1. Ensure that the premises (both Façade & Internal Facilities) are maintained to the required standard in accordance with local standards / requirements
  2. Responsible for all the health and safety compliance onsite, including that of third-party service providers
  3. Lead the facility & security team to ensure efficient and effective maintenance / oversee performance standards
  4. Review / renew service contracts and make logical recommendations to Management
  5. Responsible for handling day-to-day facilities & security matters
  6. Ensure timely renewal of all licenses & permits for the smooth operations of the buildings
  7. Overall person-in-charge for the group for reinstatement works, facilities related set-ups, ad-hoc upgrading / improvement projects
  8. Plan, implement and execute preventive maintenance regimes
  9. Develop and maintain excellent relationships with internal stakeholders and tenants
  10. Identify improvements and replacement works required for the smooth operations of the building & its occupants
  11. Any other duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time

Requirements:

  1. Diploma/ Degree Holder in Facilities Management or related discipline
  2. Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in managing multiple large buildings
  3. Good staff management
  4. Positive personality and good team player
  5. Strong interpersonal skills
  6. Meticulous and responsible
