A leading company in Singapore is seeking an Operations Coordinator to manage procurement, facility management, and general operations. This role includes preparing reports, coordinating new setups, and supporting compliance with procurement systems. Candidates should have a diploma in Business Administration or a related field, along with relevant experience and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Key Responsibilities
General Operations
Assist in developing and updating SOPs for procurement and facility operations.
Support budget preparation and monitor expenditures for equipment and service contracts.
Prepare monthly KPI and governance reports for management.
Maintain accurate records of fixed and minor assets.
Facility Management
Coordinate new centre setups, renovations, and repairs with minimal disruption.
Support procurement and maintenance of medical and office equipment (e.g., dialysis chairs, medical fridges).
Implement and maintain facility systems and protocols.
Conduct regular inspections, manage emergency responses, and ensure contract renewals.
Coordinate fire safety plans and drills.
Procurement & Tender
Assist in end-to-end tender processes and ensure compliance with governance policies.
Support procurement planning, supplier sourcing, and cost-saving initiatives.
Implement procurement systems and identify process improvements.
Analyze requirements for centralized procurement and vendor consolidation.
Requirements
Diploma in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Supply Chain, or related field.
At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in operations, procurement, or facilities.
Able to work independently and respond to emergencies outside office hours when needed.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with procurement or facility management systems.
