We are seeking to recruit a Facility Manager to join our Singapore team.This position with manage the sites Facilities Maintenance and Environmental, Heath and Safety programs and site security, ensuring compliance and driving operational excellence.

The Role

• Lead Facilities Maintenance Operations: Manage the site's maintenance program, ensuring regulatory compliance and driving operational excellence across all facility systems and equipment.

• Team & Contractor Oversight: Supervise a small internal team and oversee external vendors, fostering professional development and ensuring high standards in safety, efficiency, and compliance.

• Audit & Compliance Representation: Act as the site representative during Facility and EHS audits, ensuring readiness, accurate documentation, and alignment with global and local policies.

• Preventive & Reactive Maintenance: Develop and execute preventive maintenance plans while managing unplanned repairs and out-of-hours incidents to minimize downtime and protect critical systems.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Operations, Quality Assurance, and Procurement to integrate best practices, streamline processes, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

• Strategic Planning & Sustainability: Manage maintenance budgets, support capital planning, and lead sustainability efforts by monitoring energy use and driving environmentally responsible practices.

The Candidate

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Occupational Health, or a related field.

• Proven experience in Facilities preferably in a clinical trial, pharmaceutical, or healthcare setting.

• Management experience required.

• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards is a plus.
