Job summary

Tengah General and Community Hospital (TGCH) invites professionals to join its growing Facilities Management team. The role supports the FM Site Lead and Senior Engineers, participates in design planning and interface meetings, and explores innovative technologies such as automation and robotics for the new hospital.

Candidates should have a degree in Facility Management or Building Sciences, at least 3 years in facilities maintenance, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Degree in Facility Management or Building Sciences or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of working experience in Building and Facilities Maintenance.
• Healthcare background preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines.
• Adaptable and able to respond to changing and ambiguous situations.
• Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Conversant in Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to read and understand Architectural and M&E drawings.
• Familiarity with BCA Greenmark certification and Green.Gov.SG requirements will be an advantage.
