Facility Maintenance Technician (Manufacturing | West)

Key Information:

• Working Location: Tuas (walking distance from MRT)

• Mon to Fri (8am to 5pm)

• US Manufacturing Plant

• Basic salary (up to 4K) + AWS + Bonus + other benefits

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily facility maintenance operations, ensuring timely repairs and upkeep.

• Lead the preventative maintenance program, developing schedules and ensuring work completion.

• Maintain facility appearance through landscaping and custodial contractors.

• Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues, supporting production troubleshooting.

• Ensure company vehicles meet transportation compliance.

• Understand blueprints, manage spare parts inventory, and order necessary supplies.

• Oversee fire and security systems.

• Ensure adherence to safety standards, 5S and productivity efficiency.

• Complete all reporting requirements and additional tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum NITEC, Diploma or equivalent.

• At least 2 years of relevant working experience in a manufacturing environment with mechanical knowledge.

• Obtained Work at Height certification.

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

• Good written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to coordinate vendors/contractors.

• Work at height (10 feet or more) as needed.
