Job Description:

This is a full time role for a Facility Engineer located in Pioneer Our clients provides a variety of repair, modification, and upgrade services for various machinery, including reciprocating spark-ignition and rotary internal-combustion piston engines, electrical and electronic products.

The role involves overseeing the overall efficiency and functionality of the facility to support smooth operations. It requires strong leadership to guide a team of facility supervisors and technicians, as well as the ability to plan and implement maintenance schedules and protocols for both plant facilities and equipment. The position demands collaboration with internal departments and external vendors to manage repairs, maintenance projects, and energy-related upgrades. Regular facility inspections are essential to identify maintenance needs, while the introduction and execution of the Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) program is also a key responsibility. Ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards is critical, along with promptly addressing any facility-related concerns. Budget management and expenditure control related to maintenance activities are part of the role, along with driving improvements to enhance operational efficiency. The role also focuses on developing and executing energy efficiency programs, analyzing consumption data, and leading sustainability initiatives to promote energy conservation within the plant.

Qualifications:

  • Degrees in engineering disciplines that are preferred.
  • Experience in facilities management, engineering, or related field
  • Possessing the Singapore Certified Energy Manager Certification (Professional) is an advantage.
