Job Scope:

• Perform routine checks and preventive maintenance on building systems (HVAC, lighting, electrical, plumbing, etc.).
• Operate and monitor the Building Management System (BMS) for optimal performance.
• Conduct regular safety checks and emergency drills.
• Coordinate with external vendors for specialized repairs or installations.
• Track and manage inventory of tools, parts, and essential supplies, including handling procurement and restrocking.

Job Requirement:

• Candidate with building services engineering experience is preferred.
