A well-established 3rd party logistics company in Jurong West seeks an administrative support professional for a maternity cover contract. The ideal candidate will manage documentation, vendor invoices, and coordinate facilities operations, requiring a diploma in Building/Facility Management and relevant experience. Job Scope
Provide general administrative support, including documentation, filing, and coordination duties.
Compile utility meter readings and liaise with Finance for billing matters.
Manage purchase orders, vendor invoices, and accounts payable coordination.
Maintain updated records for CERT, fire wardens, contractors, and related contracts.
Track and flag expiry dates for building licenses and term contracts.
Handle car decal administration, recoverable billing requisitions, and support site-related tasks.
Requirements
Diploma in Building/Facility Management or Equivalent
2 Years of experience in Facilities Management Industries
Able to commit full 1 year contract preferred
Able to attend site meeting if required
