Job description

Facility Admin Assistant & Receptionist

5 days, 8.30am to 6pm

Salary: $2000- $2200

Location: Penjuru (Transport Pickup Provided at: Jurong East, Choa Chu Kang, Bishan & Serangoon)

Job Description:

  • Act as the first point of contact for facility-related issues and coordinate necessary actions.
  • Liaise with contractors, vendors, and building management for maintenance, cleaning, and repair works.
  • Assist on workplace safety matters by supporting fire drills, safety checks, and compliance with WSH (Workplace Safety and Health) regulations.
  • Track and schedule maintenance and servicing works for office infrastructure and equipment.
  • Support the management of office assets, furniture, and equipment.
  • Assist in setting up new workstations or office rearrangement projects.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls, take messages, and handle inquiries.
  • Assist with data entry, filing, and documentation tasks.
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in facilities support and office administration is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
