Job description

Location: Tuas Crescent (Company Transport provided at Marsiling & Jurong East MRT)
Working Hours: Monday - Friday

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Senior Facilities Engineer to ensure all services/operations are running smoothly without unscheduled disruption and in compliance to all relevant authorities requirements.

• Support and execute preventive maintenance programs for building equipment to ensure that building equipment are inspected/tested to meet authorities requirement.

• Liaise with vendors and contractors to ensure all building services works are done in compliance to contract or work orders.

• Day to Day operation and routine inspection of building facilities. Take regular meter readings and ensure system is operating in optimal condition.

• Perform general maintenance including building works repairs, electrical, air-conditioning and plumbing & sanitary systems.

• To supervise / manage outsourced security and ensure security procedures are in place and being carried out at all times.

• Perform the role of 2nd in-charge of Site Incident Controller (SIC), and be part of the Company Emergency Response Team (CERT).

• Assist the Fire Safety Manager (FSM) in conducting regular fire safety inspection of the premises, and cover the role of FSM during his absence.

• Other duties as assigned by your immediate superior.

Requirement:

• Minimum NITEC in Engineering (Mechanical & Electrical/ Building Services/ Facility Management or equivalent)

• Technical knowledge in building, mechanical and electrical systems

• Minimum 3 years experience in maintenance related field

• Possess a positive attitude, a strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Driving license an added advantage
