Facilities Technician / Building Maintenance Technician

• Basic Salary Up To $3500

• Working Hours: 5 Days Monday-Friday 7:45 AM – 4:45 PM

• Perks: AWS + Variable Bonus + 14 days Annual Leave

• Location: Tuas (company transport provided at Tuas West Rd & Boon Lay MRT)

Job Scope:

* Perform regular checks and basic servicing of building systems such as HVAC, lighting, plumbing, and electrical.

* Operate and monitor the Building Management System (BMS) to ensure smooth facility operations.

* Inspect key equipment (e.g., forklifts, VNA) and arrange necessary maintenance or repairs.

* Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain accurate maintenance records.

* Handle minor repair tasks, including touch-ups, fixture replacements, and basic carpentry work.

* Liaise with external contractors for specialized servicing works.

* Respond promptly to urgent breakdowns or maintenance issues.

* Oversee stock levels and usage of tools, spare parts, and supplies.

Requirement: Minimum 2 years and above in Facilities / Building Maintenance for factory / industrial building
