Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum NITEC in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical Engineering or similar discipline.
• Preferably 5 years of related experience in semiconductor, solar, or similar manufacturing industries.
• Proficient in handling materials containing hazardous chemicals.
• Highly self-driven and capable of independently managing facility goals.
• Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously with timely results.
• Proven expertise in preventive maintenance to maintain facility operations.
• Able to work day and night 12-hour rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Manage operating plant equipment log readings and review accuracy.
• Supervise facilities contractors and guide safe work practices.
• Attend toolbox meetings and ensure correct permits to work.
• Support day-to-day operations, monitor alarms, and respond as needed.
• Follow EHS programs to improve safety, quality and cost.
• Participate in preventive, predictive and condition-based maintenance.
• Identify improvements and use information systems to boost efficiency.
• Maintain a safe, reliable work environment including contractors.
• Manage vendors/contractors to ensure SOP compliance.
• Utilize databases for coordinating and tracking work.
• Handle ad hoc duties as assigned by reporting manager.
