Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in facilities maintenance, facility management or estate management.
• Strong hands-on technical skills in mechanical, electrical and building maintenance.
• Scissor lift licence and basic computer skills advantageous.
• Willingness to travel domestically and respond to after-hours requests.
• Singaporean only.

Aufgaben

• Perform facility maintenance, troubleshooting and repair works for warehouses, offices and buildings.
• Handle mechanical, electrical (M&E) and building maintenance issues.
• Liaise with subcontractors and coordinate repair, maintenance and building A&A works.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and provide technical support to stakeholders.
• Prepare maintenance reports, record electricity meter readings and source quotations for facility-related works.
