Location: East (Shuttle bus from several locations)

Working Hours:Shift work, Mon to Sunday,8.30am to 8.45pm OR 8.30pm to 8.45am (according to roster, day & night shift)

Working dayswill be on a 4 / 3 / 3 / 4 basis

Duration: 1 year contract

Salary: Up to $3000 per month + allowances!

Job Description:

• Operation and routine management of the Facilities’ system/equipment and building maintenance work

• Troubleshooting and repair works of Facilities’ system/equipment

• Facilities’ system/equipment consists of the following:

  • Electrical distribution and water supply system

  • Clean dry air (compressed air supply)

  • UPW & WWTP system

  • Chillers, process cooling, and related pumping system

  • Air-conditioning and mechanical ventilation (ACMV) systems

  • Cleanroom operation, contamination, and environmental control

  • Maintenance and repair of building M&E work

  • Fire fighting systems

  • Other building-related work

Requirements:

• Min Nitec in Facilities / Building Mgt

• Prior experience in Semicon or Mfg will be good

• Singaporeans only.
