Facility Management Opportunity – Technician / Engr
• To plan, co-ordinate, schedule, organize, quality control, respond to and recover all the works executed under the contract.
• To manage management reports for (Client) Site as and when required.
• To co-ordinate with Site staff, landlord and all other contractors/vendors as required to properly maintain and manage the site systems.
• To conduct routine checks and supervise minor repairs / replacement works with contractors.
• Assist to coordinate with vendors such as those nominated by “(Client) Site” for recovery actions.
• To assist in supervising and coordinating M&E and/or M&E related works and reconfiguration/minor projects carried out by other contractors in Site as and when required.
• To represent as the main communication channel to Site for all matters.
• To report to Site Facilities Management Officers when carrying out facilities management scope.
• To prepare electrical Auto Cad & Tender documents including SLD.
• To prepare and keep record for Electrical Quantity of Cable Schedule, Power & Light Fitting etc.
• To co-ordinate and liaise with vendor regarding servicing and maintenance works at Site.
• Finally prepare the O&M documents for the completed projects.
• Cover duties as and when required by immediate Supervisor.
• Including Hands on / some Experience / knowledge with Electrical system i.e. All type electrical works.
• They are ready for any other works assigned to them as and when required by the Supervisor and Management, upon request.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in M&E technical hands-on exposure for facilities.
• ITE/Higher Nitec/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Building Services.
• Experience & basic knowledge in M&E systems (ACMV).
• Experience in dealing with commercial/residential properties.
Salary: $3,000 to $4,000 (negotiable).
Advantage: Driving License Class 3.
