Join Our Team as a Facilities Technician at ComfortDelGro Engineering Pte Ltd!

Are you passionate about building services engineering and looking for a dynamic role where you can make a real impact? As a Facilities Technician, you will be at the heart of ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our facilities at the Pandan and Loyang Workshops. This full-time position offers you the opportunity to apply your technical expertise in maintaining and troubleshooting our infrastructure, directly contributing to the overall success of ComfortDelGro Engineering. What you'll be doing

1. Preventive & Corrective Maintenance: Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and servicing of M&E systems such as ACMV, electrical systems, sanitary & plumbing, fire protection systems, and building works.

2. Routine Checks: Conduct daily routine checks, attend to enquiries, and respond to emergency repair and breakdown complaints.

3. Contractor Supervision: Supervise and monitor contractor performance to ensure works are carried out based on contract specifications.

4. Project Management: Manage and follow up on rectification, capex, and project works, and report to management in a timely manner.

5. Implementation Assistance: Assist in the implementation of renewals such as fire drills, system shutdowns, periodic inspections, etc.

6. Additional Tasks: Perform any other tasks or duties assigned by management.

What we're looking for

• Minimum NITEC / Certifications in building services engineering or a related field

• Able to work on all Saturdays (Half day), 5.5 work days

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a facilities technician or in a similar role

• Strong technical expertise in the maintenance and repair of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and security systems

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to quickly identify and resolve issues

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various stakeholders

• Enthusiasm for implementing sustainable and energy-efficient practices
