A leading company in facilities management seeks a skilled Facilities Manager to oversee maintenance operations. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering and at least 4 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities:
Oversee maintenance work to keep buildings and systems running smoothly.
Manage a team of technicians to ensure maintenance and repairs are done on time.
Work with contractors and vendors to get maintenance and repair work done.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure everything is in good condition.
Respond to user requests and fix issues promptly.
Help with safety checks and risk assessments to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements:
Higher Nitec or Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
At least 4 years of experience in facilities management.
Must have good technical knowledge of building systems and maintenance.
Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
