• Position Title: Facilities Supervisor
• Working Location: Tuas West
• Working Hours: Rotating shifts every two weeks (Monday – Friday, 7.45am – 4.45pm; Tuesday – Saturday, 7.45am – 4.45pm)
• Salary Package: Up to $3,500
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a technical team to improve building, facility, and utility machinery.
• Oversee new machine installations and manage project work.
• Coordinate contractor schedules to enhance facility functions.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO, and safety standards.
• Conduct scheduled maintenance for optimal equipment functionality.
• Supervise and motivate a team of technicians.
• Manage expenses to stay within budget.
• Oversee project management for timely completion.
• Coordinate maintenance with contractors and professional engineers.
• Schedule pest control and landscaping services.
• Ensure timely reporting and documentation.
• Develop training programs to enhance team skills.
• Adhere to and promote safe work practices.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
