We are looking for you to join our Maintenance team at the Singapore Tuas Refinery.

Your focus will be on Facilities Management. You will work closely with the Central Maintenance Services Lead.

Your responsibilities include ensuring the maintenance and effective operation of site buildings, infrastructures, roads, grounds, landscape, and supporting facilities such as fire protection & security systems, building automation systems, and other support services like canteen operations, scaffolding, cleaning, landscaping, pest control, HVAC, lifts, fire protection, CCTV, radios, and security systems. Your role in our team

  • Prioritize, plan, and coordinate all site facilities and infrastructure needs across multiple locations, ensuring safety, compliance, and optimal layout and traffic flow.
  • Supervise and ensure safe, quality execution of all facility management activities, complying with relevant standards and regulations.
  • Coordinate with authorities on civil, structural, infrastructure, and grounds matters, with support from professional engineers or qualified persons as needed.
  • Provide technical support for buildings and structures, including leased off-site facilities when necessary.
  • Review performance data and maintenance records to identify issues and troubleshoot facility-related problems, recommending corrective actions.
  • Develop and implement ideas to improve asset integrity, efficiency, and productivity of building facilities.

Keys to success in this role

Minimum 10 years of supervisory/managerial experience in facilities, canteen, infrastructure, real estate, or building maintenance, with current industry best practices knowledge.

Strong troubleshooting and defect rectification skills.

Experience with SAP material and inventory management.
