Job summary

NOVEXX PTE. LTD. is seeking a Facilities Executive for a 1 year contract (renewable yearly) based in Buona Vista, Singapore.

Working Monday to Friday during office hours, the role requires starting on short notice if possible. The job involves supervising service providers for maintenance, pest control, cleaning, horticulture, and security; ensuring systems are always operational; handling breakdowns and incidents; and guiding facilities design and SOP implementation to support continuous

Responsibilities

• Organizing & supervising Facilities Management Service Providers team to ensure preventive maintenance, pest control, cleaning service, horticulture, security management
• Make sure all systems are always in serviceable & operational condition
• Attend to any breakdown & manage closure & incidents
• Review equipment design & provide guidance & input in facilities
• Conduct analyses for reported breakdowns and faults to determine their cause for prevention of future occurrences
• Engage with external stakeholders to acquire required licenses
• Implement & maintain research & development’s SOP
• Manage resources & facilities and processes to ensure running operation
• Perform routine checks and scheduled preventive maintenance of key installations such as UPS and electrical panels
