Job description

The NETS Group is a leading payments services group, enabling digital payments for merchants, consumers and banks across the entire payments value chain.

The Group operates Singapore’s national debit scheme enabling customers of DBS Bank/POSB, HSBC, Maybank, OCBC Bank, Standard Chartered Bank and UOB to make payments using their ATM cards or mobile devices at more than 130,000 acceptance points in the country as well as online payments.

Overall Function

The Facilities Management (FM) department under the Corporate & Workplace Solutions Division, is responsible for developing and providing efficient and effective facilities which support our businesses and critical systems, and ensure safety and security of our staff. The scope under FM include lease management, M&E services, security systems and workplace health and safety.

The Site Lead serves as the first point of contact for all workplace and facilities matters, providing office stakeholders with a safe and conducive working environment, by working closely with team members, service providers and the Landlord to achieve facilities goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Site Operation Management

• Overall office site in-charge,

• Manage facilities requests and track status until closure,

• Plan and implement the MEPF maintenance regime and strategy,

• Undertake initiatives relating to workplace sustainability,

• Point of contact to the Landlord for facilities operational matters,

Health & Safety Management

• Ambassador for office Workplace Safety and Health,

• Conduct WSH risk assessment and site hazard observations,

• Coordinate with the Landlord on fire safety drills and procedures,

Procurement & Vendor Management

• Develop purchase requirements for workplace and facilities related purchases,

• Work with Procurement team to initiate RFQ/RFP with prospective service providers,

• Manage engaged service providers for service provisions, including inspection and review of SLAs, and conduct of performance reviews,

• Manage service provider contracts, including review and renewal of contracts.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Facilities Management or equivalent from a recognized institution

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a related field and managing service providers,

• Good knowledge of MEPF requirements, equipment and maintenance,

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment,

• Ability to build and maintain good working relationships with internal stakeholders,

• Possess service, safety and continual improvement mindset, with a pleasant personality and positive attitude,

• Enjoys interacting with people,

• Good written and verbal communication skills,

• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications.
