Job summary

Job description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Implement and monitor quality control procedures for facilities operations, maintenance works, and service delivery to ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory standards.

  • Conducts regular site inspections, audits, and checks on M&E systems, housekeeping, safety practices, and contractor performance.

  • Verify that all maintenance and repair works are completed in accordance with specifications, approved checklists, and quality benchmarks.

  • Responsible to ensure the quality outcomes of all works and services in accordance with the established Quality Management System (QMS), internal processes, and compliance with contract requirements.

  • Review service reports, checklists, and job sheets submitted by contractors. Ensure documentation is accurate, complete, and properly filed.

  • Assist in developing, reviewing, and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Inspection Checklists, and Quality Assurance (QA) frameworks.

  • Prepare quality audit reports, inspection records, and monthly QA summaries for submission to the management or Board.

  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to implement quality improvement initiatives and best practices across sites.

  • Perform any other duties assigned to support quality assurance in facilities operations.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Diploma from recognised tertiary establishment in Facility Management / Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Building Services.

  • 3 years relevant experience in Facilities Management or Quality Management.

  • Familiar with facilities-related systems and operations, including mechanical, electrical, and civil works.

  • Strong knowledge of quality standards, inspection procedures, and audit reporting.

  • Good communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience in ISO, QMS, or regulatory audits will be an advantage.

  • Can start work in immediately will be an advantage.
