Job description

Roles and Responsibilities

  1. Responsible for the planning, coordination, management of project phases from inception to completion

  2. Facilitate and liaise with Business Units representative, conduct site visits, establish project requirements and develop specifications and documents for the preparation of Request for Quotations (RFQ)

  3. Lead the RFQ process for the implementation of projects with the various departments such as Procurement, Finance and Facilities Management team

  4. Manage project claims, variation orders and closing of accounts

  5. Communicate and coordinate works clearly and work closely with Facilities Management team, Contractors, Vendors in project implementation and timely delivery of projects

  6. Any other related duties that may be assigned

Requirements

  • Minimum of a Diploma in Architectural Technology and Building Services, Interior Design or related field

  • Minimum 1 year in project management, office fit out, addition & alteration/ improvement building works experience in Singapore with consultancy or contractor’s office

  • Able to manage multiple projects at a time

  • Familiar with project life cycle from inception to completion including tender procurement process

  • Familiar with statutory and building codes and regulations, and authorities submission requirements

  • Strong verbal, written and organizational skills, and demonstrates project leadership skills in meeting project goals

  • Proficient in Microsoft software and tools, and any drafting/ design software such as AutoCAD and Sketchup would be advantageous
