Job summary

JLL in Singapore seeks a Property Executive to oversee repair and replacement work across sites, manage defects rectification, and liaise with building owners, FMCs and tenants. You will attend meetings, provide progress updates and prepare engineering and facilities reports as required.

Focus on safety, regulatory compliance, and high-quality service delivery while coordinating with contractors and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

Qualifications

• Property Executive with a diploma in Building or Facilities, or ITE/NTC facility management with relevant experience.
• Experience in facilities management and project management.
• Knowledge of statutory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee repair and replacement work and manage defects rectification.
• Liaise with building owner, FMC, tenants, and contractors across sites.
• Engage with tenants to address needs during work periods and minimize disruption.
• Attend meetings and inspections; provide periodic updates and reports.
• Prepare and submit engineering, facilities, and project reports as required.
• Develop relationships with client representatives and service providers.
