Responsibilities:

● Planning, budgeting and execution of expansion and renovation of projects.

● Plan and manage the full project lifecycle, from concept design to completion

● Compliance with local building codes, safety regulations and environmental standards.

● Energy efficiency, smart building systems, sustainability and long-term asset management.

● Prepare reports and updates of progress

● Support maintenance and facility improvement initiatives with various departments

Requirements

●Degree in Engineering or equivalent

● With 10 years of relevant experience

● With leading experience in facilities teams
