Monitor and uphold Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure optimal performance.
Ensure manpower requirements are met, including proper onboarding, training, development, and retention of staff.
Maintain compliance with local legislation and company policies.
Drive employee engagement and enhance client satisfaction through effective communication and service improvement initiatives.
Act as the main liaison for all contract-related services, including risk management and emergency response coordination.
Develop and implement programs to optimize resource utilization and operational efficiency.
Min. Diploma or Degree in Management or a related discipline.
Minimum 2 years of management experience, preferably in hospital or hospitality facilities services.
Strong leadership and people management skills in dynamic and high-demand environments.
Sound knowledge of contract administration, facilities management systems, and operational processes.
