Job description

Job Summary:

  • Location: West / Tuas

  • Salary: $5,000 – $6,000

  • 5-Day Work Week (May be activated on weekends when necessary)

  • Attractive Bonuses

  • 2-year contract

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Facilities Operation Manager to lead our multidisciplinary operations team and oversee the integrated facilities management of a large-scale commercial property.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Facilities Operation Team to ensure timely and accurate submission of all maintenance plans and deliverables.

  • Oversee and coordinate maintenance tasks conducted by in-house teams and contractors in alignment with contractual standards.

  • Assist users in planning and costing for repair, replacement, alteration, or additional works.

  • Review and approve monthly reports and submissions related to Maintenance Works and Services (MWS), Ad-Hoc Works (AHWS), Estate Administrative Services, and Consultancy Services (CS).

  • Ensure full compliance and quality assurance across all system operations and infrastructure.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree from a recognised institution + 5 years of relevant experience managing integrated facilities in properties ≥100,000m² GFA.

  • Minimum 1 year experience working with an integrated facilities management contractor.

  • Must be willing to work in Tuas (West)

  • Strong knowledge in safety compliance and documentation review
