Company and Job Overview

A leading semiconductor fabrication is looking for an experienced Facility Manager.

Responsibilities

Lead a team to provide facilities support to ensure continuous Fab operations.

Oversee daily operation and maintenance of all systems, including water treatment, HVAC, and utilities.

Maintain and optimize process system performance, with a focus on ultrapure water (UPW) quality and reliability.

Develop and implement programs to improve cost efficiency, including troubleshooting and enhancement.

Manage facilities expansion and upgrade projects.

Conduct regular monitoring, calibration, and quality assurance.

Qualifications & Experience:

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or related field.

4–8 years of relevant experience in semiconductor manufacturing environments.

Hands-on experience with ultrapure water system operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.

Strong technical skills in utility and process system management.

Good communication skill in both English and Chinese, because this role will need to communicate with stakeholders in Taiwan.
