A facilities management company in Changi is seeking a Certified Facilities Management Expert Tier 2 to lead all facilities functions. The role involves managing maintenance, inspections, and tenant services while ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Responsibilities

• Leading & managing all facilities management functions.
• Coordinate with client representatives on outstanding works.
• Supervise emergency repairs and provide technical support.
• Oversee (PTW) processes & ensure compliance.
• Manage WSH, including review of risk assessments.
• Oversee operational reporting and handle tenant-related issues.
• Provide support in contract administration & budgeting.

Responsibilities:

• Leading & managing all facilities management functions, including maintenance, inspections, safety, and tenant services.
• Coordinate with client representatives on outstanding works, defect rectification, & maintenance schedules.
• Supervise emergency repairs, breakdowns, & provide technical support to teams and subcontractors.
• Oversee (PTW) processes & ensure compliance with statutory and workplace safety regulations.
• Manage WSH, including review of risk assessments and conducting spot checks.
• Oversee operational reporting, including monthly progress reports, certification of completed works, & VO.
• Handle tenant-related issues professionally and efficiently.
• Provide support contract administration & operational budgeting as required.

• At least 3 years of relevant working experience
