Job Summary:

• 2 Years Contract
• Salary: Up to $5,000
• Location: East / North-East
• Working days: 5.5 Days (Mon to Fri: 8am – 5.45pm, Sat: 8am – 1 pm)
• Performance Bonus and Variable Bonus

Job Scope:

• Act as the primary representative of the Managing Agent, ensuring effective execution of Facilities Management Services in assigned schools.
• Collaborate with schools, project teams, and subcontractors to ensure seamless operations and high-quality service.
• Serve as the key point of contact for schools, ensuring services align with agreed terms.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, industry standards, and Singapore regulations.
• Support schools in scheduling and coordinating maintenance services.
• Work with the Project Manager to implement Infrastructure Improvement Works.
• Oversee on-site maintenance activities, ensuring quality and adherence to standards.
• Assist Professional Quantity Surveyors with site measurements and record-keeping.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure service quality and monitor subcontractor performance.
• Maintain proactive communication with school administrators to address facilities management concerns.
• Provide regular updates and reports to the Operations Director and key stakeholders.
• Facilitate staff inductions and ongoing training, ensuring at least two training sessions annually.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Estate Management, Building Maintenance, Engineering, or a related field, with at least three (3) years of experience in facilities management.
• Proven experience in facilities management, preferably within an educational or government environment.
