Job description

Are you an experienced Facilities Manager with a solid track record in managing A-grade commercial or mixed-use developments? Do you bring a deep understanding of Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) systems and take pride in delivering top-tier tenant satisfaction?

We are currently working with a prestigious owner/developer of a landmark mixed-use building in the heart of Singapore. This flagship asset combines Grade A commercial office space, retail, and F&B, and demands an FM professional who can manage day-to-day operations, lead service providers, and uphold building performance at the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily building operations, maintenance, and tenant services across commercial, retail, and shared areas
  • Take ownership of M&E systems performance, lifecycle, and upgrades
  • Manage and coordinate third-party vendors and service contracts (security, cleaning, BMS, ACMV, etc.)
  • Ensure compliance with local regulatory and safety requirements
  • Work closely with asset and leasing teams to support tenant relations and building enhancements
  • Budget forecasting, CAPEX/OPEX planning, and cost optimisation

Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Building Services, or related field
  • At least 7 years of FM experience, including a strong M&E operations focus
  • Prior experience in client-side roles or managing A-grade developments is ESSENTIAL
  • Sound knowledge of building systems (e.g. chiller plants, EMS, fire safety, lifts)
  • Excellent leadership and vendor management skills
