  • Manage and maintain all hard services infrastructure systems including HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, and cleanroom utilities to support semiconductor manufacturing operations.
  • Ensure reliable operation of critical systems such as ultrapure water, process cooling water, exhaust systems, compressed air, and vacuum systems essential for fabrication processes.
  • Develop and execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs using CMMS tools to optimize equipment performance and reduce downtime.
  • Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for equipment failures, collaborating with engineering and production teams to implement corrective actions.
  • Plan and oversee facility improvement projects including retrofits, capacity upgrades, and energy efficiency initiatives aligned with operational and sustainability goals.
  • Manage external contractors and service providers, ensuring compliance with safety standards, quality expectations, and project timelines.
  • Monitor and optimize energy usage, water consumption, and waste management practices to meet environmental and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure all facility systems adhere to local building codes, environmental regulations, and semiconductor industry standards such as SEMI and ISO.
  • Maintain accurate documentation including system schematics, maintenance logs, compliance records, and standard operating procedures.
  • Collaborate with EHS teams to enforce safety protocols, conduct hazard assessments, and support emergency preparedness.
  • Provide leadership and technical guidance to facility engineers & technicians, promoting a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Support cross-functional initiatives including new tool installations, process changes, and capacity planning.
  • Prepare and present reports on facility performance metrics, maintenance KPIs, incident investigations, and capital project updates to senior management.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Facilities Engineering (or a related field).
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in facilities management or building systems maintenance.
  • Preferably 3 years of experience in a semiconductor manufacturing or cleanroom environment.
  • Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and cleanroom systems.
  • Proficiency in using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, high-tech environment.
  • Familiarity with SEMI standards, ISO certifications, and local regulatory requirements.
