Job Description

As a key member of Bosch's Facilities Management Department (FCM), you will play a pivotal role in supporting and supervising facility operations primarily within the ASEAN region, with occasional support for APAC. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and proactive individual to contribute to the efficiency, safety, and sustainability of our facilities, aligning with Bosch's overall business strategy. With strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, you will be responsible for a broad range of FCM matters, working both independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facility Operations Management: Ensure efficient day-to-day facility operations, including space tenancy marketing, event coordination, and oversight of Integrated Facility Management (IFM) partners.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Maintain compliance with local laws and Bosch standards through regular inspections, issue resolution, and audit-ready documentation.
  • Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Management: Conduct safety inspections, manage workplace hazards, and support environmental sustainability initiatives including energy reporting and carbon credit participation.
  • Security Management: Oversee physical security operations by managing security vendors, controlling access systems, and ensuring the implementation of effective site security measures.
  • Regional and Financial Support: Provide regional expertise, manage facility-related budgets, support APAC savings initiatives, and collaborate on financial reviews.
  • IFM & Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as the liaison with regional IFM teams, establish feedback mechanisms, and ensure service transparency and efficiency.
  • Project and Administrative Support: Lead or assist with departmental projects and ad-hoc tasks including procurement, IT coordination, and communication, while acting as the main point of contact for FCM matters.

Qualifications

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a technical, financial, or administrative field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in Facility Management.
  • Solid understanding of the Integrated Facility Management (IFM) framework.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong coordination and interpersonal abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and negotiation capabilities
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Sound knowledge of facility management regulations, health & safety standards, and environmental compliance best practices
