Job summary

A facility management company in Singapore is seeking a candidate to develop asset management frameworks and assist with facility and tenancy management. The ideal applicant should possess a degree/diploma in relevant fields and have 1-3 years of experience, demonstrating strong communication skills and basic asset management knowledge.

Qualifications

  • Degree / Diploma in Facility Management / Building Services.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of relevant facility management experience.
  • Good communication skills and ability to relate to different levels of people.
  • Basic knowledge of Asset Management.

Responsibilities

  • Develop Asset Management Framework including cyclical maintenance.
  • Conduct weekly site inspections and monitor follow-up actions.
  • Prepare Monthly Reports for submission to clients.
  • Assist in yearly Fire Safety Drill preparations.
  • Manage tenancy matters including maintenance of assets.
Job description
Responsibilities
  • Asset Management
  • Responsible to develop Asset Management Framework including cyclical maintenance and cyclical replacement cost
  • Develop a base line yearly preventive maintenance cost, yearly estimate corrective maintenance cost
  • Assist to ensure all statutory licenses and permits are renewed timely where applicable
  • Collect data for trending and analysis. Conduct troubleshooting, fault analysis with contractor to better understand root cause of equipment failure.
Facility Management
  • Assist Site Manager to organise, conduct weekly site inspection including taking note and monitor follow-up actions till closure
  • Assist Site Manager to prepare material for monthly internal meeting and external CMM meeting
  • Preparation of Monthly Report including submission to client
  • Assist in yearly Fire Safety Drill
  • Assist to plan and organize a team of on-site contractors in carrying out planned and ah-hoc maintenance and their work routines.
  • Compile, collate, and analyse operational data and reports for continuous improvement
Tenancy Management
  • Assist Site Manager to manage tenancy matters. Including maintenance of assets as stated in tenancy agreement.
  • Provide guidelines for tenant’s fit-out work and re-instatement work.
Qualifications
  • Degree / Diploma in Facility Management / Building Services
  • Minimum 1-3 years of relevant facility management, knowledge in procurement will be an advantage.
  • Possess good communication skills and be able to relate to different levels of people.
  • Basic knowledge of Asset Management
