Job summary
A facility management company in Singapore is seeking a candidate to develop asset management frameworks and assist with facility and tenancy management. The ideal applicant should possess a degree/diploma in relevant fields and have 1-3 years of experience, demonstrating strong communication skills and basic asset management knowledge.
Qualifications
- Degree / Diploma in Facility Management / Building Services.
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant facility management experience.
- Good communication skills and ability to relate to different levels of people.
- Basic knowledge of Asset Management.
Responsibilities
- Develop Asset Management Framework including cyclical maintenance.
- Conduct weekly site inspections and monitor follow-up actions.
- Prepare Monthly Reports for submission to clients.
- Assist in yearly Fire Safety Drill preparations.
- Manage tenancy matters including maintenance of assets.
Responsibilities
- Responsible to develop Asset Management Framework including cyclical maintenance and cyclical replacement cost
- Develop a base line yearly preventive maintenance cost, yearly estimate corrective maintenance cost
- Assist to ensure all statutory licenses and permits are renewed timely where applicable
- Collect data for trending and analysis. Conduct troubleshooting, fault analysis with contractor to better understand root cause of equipment failure.
Facility Management
- Assist Site Manager to organise, conduct weekly site inspection including taking note and monitor follow-up actions till closure
- Assist Site Manager to prepare material for monthly internal meeting and external CMM meeting
- Preparation of Monthly Report including submission to client
- Assist in yearly Fire Safety Drill
- Assist to plan and organize a team of on-site contractors in carrying out planned and ah-hoc maintenance and their work routines.
- Compile, collate, and analyse operational data and reports for continuous improvement
Tenancy Management
- Assist Site Manager to manage tenancy matters. Including maintenance of assets as stated in tenancy agreement.
- Provide guidelines for tenant’s fit-out work and re-instatement work.
Qualifications
- Degree / Diploma in Facility Management / Building Services
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant facility management, knowledge in procurement will be an advantage.
- Possess good communication skills and be able to relate to different levels of people.
