Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Coordinator for a 1-year agency contract in Singapore. The role involves preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of facility and utility systems and collaboration with production teams to minimize operational disruption.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting electrical, HVAC, water treatment, and other plant utilities, performing inspections, aiding RCA/CAPA activities, and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum Nitec in Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Facilities Management/Building Management System.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on facility and utility systems to ensure operational reliability.
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot plant utilities, including electrical, HVAC, compressed air, chilled water, water treatment, wastewater, fire protection, and lighting systems.
• Conduct routine inspections of facilities and infrastructure, identifying issues and implementing corrective actions proactively.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and utility-related equipment faults to minimize downtime.
• Respond promptly to facility breakdowns and emergency maintenance requests, ensuring minimal disruption to manufacturing operations.
• Support root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to improve equipment reliability.
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure uninterrupted utility services and coordinate maintenance activities with minimal operational impact.
• Assist in the installation, relocation, commissioning, and performance monitoring of facility equipment and utility systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements, including LOTO, PTW, risk assessments, and housekeeping standards.
• Manage maintenance documentation, CMMS work orders, contractor activities, and reporting to support asset reliability and operational excellence.
