Job description

Basic information:

• Location: Tuas South (Company transport at Tuas West Road MRT)
• Monday - Friday (7:45am - 4:45pm)
• Basic up to $3500 + AWS + VB

Job scope:

• Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and lighting systems
• Troubleshoot and repair building systems to minimize downtime and ensure safety
• Monitor Building Management Systems (BMS) and check equipment (e.g., forklifts, VNAs); report and coordinate repairs
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements; maintain records and participate in safety drills
• Handle general facility upkeep including basic carpentry, painting, and minor repairs; coordinate with contractors when needed
• Manage inventory of tools and spare parts; restock supplies as required
• Keep accurate logs of maintenance activities and prepare facility reports regularly
