Job summary
A leading company in Singapore is seeking a Facilities Management professional to conduct safety checks and oversee maintenance operations. The successful candidate will have a GCE 'O' level education, relevant experience, and possess a Class 3 driving license, ensuring the premises are safe and well-maintained through effective vendor coordination and independent work.
Qualifications
- Minimum GCE 'O' level with 2 years of experience in Facilities Management.
- Possess Class 3 driving license.
- Basic knowledge of housekeeping, waste management, or pest control.
Responsibilities
- Ensure safety by conducting building walkarounds.
- Perform maintenance troubleshooting and repairs.
- Coordinate with vendors for repairs and maintenance.

Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct walkaround around building premises to ensure there are no safety hazards
- Perform building and equipment maintenance troubleshooting and repair works.
- Liaise & co-ordinate with vendors for quotes & for repair & maintenance works for buildings.
- Ensure there are no trespassers into the buildings
- Assist for VIP Visits.
- Other ad hoc assignments as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Minimum GCE “O” level with 2 years related experience in Facilities Management / Cleaning industry
- Possess basic knowledge of housekeeping services, waste management or Pest control
- Possess Class 3 driving license
- Ability to use basic Microsoft Office applications – Word, Excel, PowerPoint to prepare reports
- Able to work independently, meticulous, positive attitude and a team player
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
