Qualifications

• Willing to take ownership of assigned responsibilities and tasks.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine site inspections on building defects and M&E systems.
• Participate in fire drills and table-top exercises.
• Create and verify the Maintenance Schedule in CMMS.
• Monitor operation and capital expenditures.
